Exchange Policy

To qualify for an exchange, items must be received back to our warehouse within 7 days of your original order shipment date. All items being exchanged must not be altered and is eligible for credits only.

Items not eligible for exchange:
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
  • Returns received after 7days of the original order shipment date.

    Galaxy Fastfood Products Company reserves the right to make the final decision on all exchange items.



    Refund Policy

    Refund policy is only eligible towards defective items within 7 days period. All defective items will only be accepted if the goods we have delivered to you were damaged on arrival. All items returned as defective will be inspected and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as defective. All items intended for refund must not be altered in any way. Refund policy is not applicable towards items ordered to meet 'minimum delivery fee.'

    Local Delivery

    We offer free local delivery service within HKSAR region (excluding Lantau Island and other islands) to our customers for orders that reaches the minimum amount of HKD $200. Customers is responsible for any document fees, warehouse monitoring fee and/or gate charge required on delivery. Any orders below HKD $200 will not be delivered. Self pickup is available at our warehouse between Monday through Saturday between 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. (Hong Kong Time).



    Payment Terms

  • Cash On Delivery - Any order transactions marked C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery) must be paid in cash or cheque when upon deliver. Customers is reponsible for any NSF (non-sufficient funds) cheque including transaction fees. We do not accept post-dated cheque.
  • Net Pay - Any order transactions marked Net Pay 30 must be paid in cash or cheque 30 days from our delivery date. Additional surcharge of 5% will be added to any late payment over 30 days. No exception.

    Any overdue fees may be subjected to blacklist and face law penalties.
